PIS assassinate anyone who undermines their revenue sources, This is the begining of a new chapter in the north:

The purpose is so that under the Federal government in Moqadishu, Bari and nugaal can compete as seperate entities and so can Mudug. Instead of 1 representation for Puntland Bari, nugaal and Mudug can all bid for their own men and increase the chances of allocations. In return each can also directly request a seperate portion of their Aid fund.

Mareeg is in Ceeldheer, a region that changes hands every week. I think it's a Ceyr region
