It is obvious the onus is on the triangle. Imagine when there is a normal functioning Somali state and Awdalites and SSC both request to be part of the union. The triangle needs to realize the future by looking at the present even when Somalia is at it's lowest.

If only a xaflad held in foreign countries could change things then maybe Somalia wouldn't in its current state for the past 20-30 years.

i thought AWDAL was part of somaliland. what's going on here?

and my second thought is that food stamp ruined our people. these people should be spending their time on something worthwhile, like collecting money for the poor in Somalia.

No they are our brothers, they have lots of ministers in SLand and the last president was from there qabil! So they are an Important part of SL and they going nowhere.
Plus all Somalis eat qaad even Ogaden
