This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. How is that even possible? Which group in Puntland can challenge the leadership? The biggest threat were Islamists and they were crushed in Galgala. There are no threats to Puntland's two nerve centers; Garowe & Bosaso - meanwhile Gaalkacyo can turn into Baghdad and it still wouldn't affect the rest of the state.
