Postby Coeus » Tue Jul 26, 2011 7:55 am

Mogadishu — The military court of Somalia's interim federal government on Monday charged the country security agencies with collaboration.

The judge of Somalia's military court, Hassan Mohamed Hussein said the security agencies of the nation are not doing enough to capture the culprits and killers as soon as the incident takes place. He made the comments at military court after one of Somali government soldier was sentenced to death for murdering his colleague.

He said that Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia has witnessed three murder cases in one day.

The judge noted that one of the killings has taken place in Villa Somalia, the presidential palace of the country.

The security agencies failed to capture and bring those perpetrators to the court to undergo the justice, according to the official.

Mr. Hussein spelled a university student also murdered in Mogadishu robbing incident days ago.
