Good work. Even though this was a pre emptive strike, these military confontations will be occuring frequently under ramadan. I have no dubt that the brave men and women in the TFG will expirience more victories as they liberate somalia.

bro the latest info i got from xamar is alshabab is still in the market but half of it under goverment control...like nationlink, abu hureyra, dahabshiil and all the most important areas in bakaaro..they only controlling the western area of the market which is baar ubax and black sea intersections ..plus the government captured Cali Kamiin intersection which means they cant hold on to those places that long

see the pics here u will see my Alhayat hospital which like 20 mtr away from Cali Kamiin intersection and 50 mts to stadium mogadishu ...plus most of the pics are upper part of my hood i know these places like the back of my hand wallaah am glad they are free now

If Xamar is captured Al Shabaab will have to put all their resistance in Afgooye, once that falls, they're as good as done. If Afgooye so does the Shabelle's and it will be a last ditch effort in Kismaayo.

Ciyaal,

Thanks for the clarification! So is Stadium Mogadishu being approached from 2 directions(Cali Kamiin & Towfiiq)? It seems that the liberation of Mogadishu by the Fall is back on track. Inshallah, the mission of restoring the dignity of the Somali people will be achieved even sooner than that. As of now, practically all of Suuqa Bakaaraha, Suuq Bacaad, jidka 30, Cali Kamiin Intersection, Towfiiq Intersection, Afarta Jardino are in the hands of the Government. This is a huge development and I hope the pressure is sustained.
