Amisom forces kill 1 civilians and 5 others wounded

Postby Coeus » Tue Aug 02, 2011 8:37 am

At least one porter was killed and 5 others wounded after the African union peacekeeping forces in Mogadishu seaport opened fire at the workers in the seaport last night, eyewitness said.

AU forces in Mogadishu seaport opened fire to some of the porters in seaport last night killing one, injuring 5 others as one of the seaport staff named Ise told to the local F.M stations in Mogadishu this morning.

The porters were seeking for night-food (Suhur) while Amisom forces were opening fire to them as Ise who was saved from that incident stated adding Somali police were behind the case telling fake stories to Amisom.

This is not the first event that Amisom opens fires to civilians aimlessly and there is no body who accounts with their crimes against innocent people.
