Judging from the Google Earth pictures and I only regard these as 'evidence', I believe Abudwaq is by far the largest and most developed settlement in Galguduud. But this talk about El Dhere not being culturally alligned with the rest of the gobol and supposedly not having enough military clout and therefore will not be considered to join this new state is ridiculous. Do you guys want to create a State or an Alliance?

But it has to be said, El Dhere looks like a very nice place and it's just as organized and peaceful as any other Somali town of its size anywhere north of Galkacyo. I'll go as far as to say even more organized and peaceful as the average town north of Galkacyo.

That's not the point. I posted pictures showing the development and reality of Ceel-Dheere, why can't they show pictures of Abudwaq? I dont believe in Atlantis and zooming in on Google maps. Post pictures and then we can judge. Anything else is stupid.

In retrospect I admit what I said is inappropriate and not helpful.

Lets be fair,Murax should step out and stop embarrassing himselp with the chearleading after all, labo nin ayaa is heysta ee maxaa soo dhexgaliyay?

The fact that Rovingmadness is dealing with Voltage and murax at the same time speaks volume,Murax has this weird pathological addiction to chearleading.

But facts are facts,Mududlood and marehan cant be equal in any level.Whether it is political, social or economic.I mean,Our Political dominance is well accepted even deep in the somali psyche and that pyschological acceptance can be Observed if you ask a random somali person with Minimum understanding of somali politics of what he thinks who will be the next prime minister or president of somalia ,he will tell you one must be Abgaal. That is how my clan has been psychologically accepted as a dominant player but for these kacaan wanna be kids, reality is an illusion.
,We Know the only city associated with gaajo waa gedo aka the famous oraah "Gedo iyo Gaajo".If marehan were anything of value, their siad barre 21 communist history wouldnt have withered away.Roving maddness, you are actually wasting time by arguing with these fantasy filled scumbags whose only surviving hope is to spew nonsense on the internet like a shanty town on the eithiopian border being the capital.

As for the politics of gobolada dhexe, from harardheere, galcad, massagawaay, ceeldheere is where my the most shrewd, prosperous abgaal subclan lives and we have everything to do with gobolada dhexe like any body else.

RM

Come on man, now you're just being stubborn. This picture showing competition waa laydinka horeeyey, Puntlanders and Somalilanders have been doing Photo Wars for years all over the internet and we know all the tricks. Post a panoramic view of virtually the entire town and say that it's only one part of the town. Or the classic one, show pictures of the largest villa in town and make the impression that it's some kinda Beverly Hills. I've recognized these tactics from your side as well as theirs and reminds me of the PL vs SL Photo Wars.

That being said, I've seen quite a number of Abudwaq pictures in this thread and I must say, the town is quite large and developed. El Dhere is not so large, but very developed, especially considering its size. That is my verdict.

Voltage

The Abgaal in Galgudud are culturally Reer Mudug and have been so for centuries.

Ultra,

Point well-made and taken; but saaxib some of the none-sense on this forum is just amazing. People running around with under-lined statements and presenting them as the gospel truth. I really have no problem debunking their none-sense, and everyone knows I take on the entire 12 noisey Geco kids everyday and put them to sleep. But lately, the discussion has deteriorated into an exercise in futility where these teenagers argue about and against the most basic and established facts while expecting us to believe the most fantastic and awesome none-sense one can imagine. They can call their baranbur writing mothers and clapping sisters for all I care, just come up with a claim worthy of a discussion and I am going to have fun debunking and destroying their none sense

Well, if I am wrong, I am going to admit my mistakes. I am not going to play 50-50 on the facts. That's not possible with me.

Cinque,

Thanks for your input, saaxib.
So you're sticking to the notion that El Dhere is larger than Abudwaq?

You do realize that the numbers in that chart you represented stand for the population of the entire district and not the towns itself. El Dhere district might by larger in square miles and therefore more populous, but when it comes to the towns, Abudwaq is the clear winner saxib.

I believe and have been arguing that Ceel-Dheere Districtis bigger & demographically larger than Abudwaq district. Do you disagree?
