What happened to the Central State thing with Hiraan included?

Those do not exist galguduud state and midstate and hiiraan state are all creations of mostly diaspora members they don't have any manpower on the ground.
Stakeholders in Somalia today are the TFG and than Puntland than galmudug ahlu suna waljamaca , even ximan iyo xeeb which was created in 2008 is not acknowledged by the TFG or Mahiga or the UN as an actual state with in Somalia. Its better for ximan iyo xeeb if they join with Galmudug

They don't recognize Ximan & Xeeb because Ximan & Xeeb doesn't recognize the TFG, and is pro-Shabaab.
Ximan & Xeeb is a regional player, but because of politics they're not invited

TFG, reconciling with people not opposed to them since 2004.

Shabaab has lots of Americans in their ranks, Ximan & Xeeb is aligned more with the ex-Xisbi wing though

It's not really a secret, ASWJ attacked and invaded Cadaado in Oct. 2010 to expel a Shabaab base there. Ximan & Xeeb denies that they have any ties with Shabaab and denied in the past they had any ties with Xisbul Islaam, but they don't stop them from using their territory, so it's sort of a complex situation.

Yeh, the Mareexaans invaded the Habar Gidir town, we kept it unlock, we terrorised th al-shabaabist, afterwards they became sympathetic, and later 2011 their president flew to Mogadishu and made peace with TFG all this was done by Ahlu Sade
