I heard the audio of the guy speaking, he spoke in English sounds American. Probably an American born Pakistani/Arab etc.

Looks like he`s wearing US army issue desert combat boots. He`s pulled out the laces, but you can see they`re a perfect fit.
No doubt he`s a Saudi intelligence operative contracted out by the US to carry out its agenda in Somalia, Just like the Pakis do in Afghanistan.
