Barre alone didnt do good. The government consisted of a lot of educated individuals one of whom was Siilanyo as the Minister of Planning who made a lot of positive changes but neither did Barre do bad alone.

Siilaanyo was taking orders from General. Maxamed Cali Samatar, let alone Vice President Hussein Kulmiye or President Siyaad Barre. Recognize, Niggah. 8-)

Siilanyo was given the position because he was very qualified and had good managing and planning skills. He uses the same techniques today in Sl as President 8-)

He was not his own Boss. The guy was on a leash. He was being commanded by General. Maxamed Cali Samatar. I might be wrong, perhaps he was taking order from lower-ranking Government officials, not someone as high-ranking as General. Maxamed Cali Samatar.

Cumarlabasuul if Muhamad Siyaad bare organized elections or had stepped down in in 1979 or even in 1980 he would be seen as the Somali hero of the Century or maybe he would go down as the best Somali president but we know what power does to men Xukunka Ciciyaar Ciciyaar Lugu ma helo
A fine example would be the traitors who were funded by the enemy of the people and the nation. They were paid and equiped to destabilize their own country. Men(humans) love power, and its power that tempted them. Unfortumately those you glorify (snm) and company such as (ssdf) (usc) (spm) etc, were all after power. For power they destroyed a stable and functioning government. For power they displaced the citizens of the country. For power they all call themselves presidents though there could be one president per term.

kuwii xaaraan ku heshiiya, xalaasha ma tiirsadaan.

KoW, move on son.

Based we are only interested in today, not history and the only people living in 88 are the occupied by one of; alshabab/Kenya, Somaliland, or Ethiopia.

Those who opposed the regime, are today building states and those who lived of the states are eating dust. Who won?

Everyone knows that the beginning of the rule, the Kacaanki was on the whole positive. Later did qabilism enter the ranks and qabyalaad was used.

Did you think he was perfect and never power-hungry?
