Kenyans in first al-Shabab battle in Somalia

Postby barakaboy10 » Fri Oct 28, 2011 5:34 pm

republic of Kenya's army is going nowhere. what a disappointment!!!

i am beginning to doubt if Kenya's army will be able to defeat AL Shabab. the way things are looking so far are not good for those of us craving for the defeat of AL Shabab.

TFG managed to capture 5 big districts within a month in Gedo earlier this year and these Kenyan fufu's are struggling to capture 4 small villages in Lower Juba

To correct you, Kenya are not only operating in the two jubba's they have also invaded Gedo despite not capturing remainder districts.

I do not support Kenya invading Somalia, but I support kenya if they help us like Ethiopia, by deploying troops in the border and sending as weapons and ammunitions everytime we make new move.

The Problem is this will re-energize the less popular group alshabab and they will try to get legitimacy by fighting the kenyan invaders.what a mistake, the kenyans should say good by to thier tourism industry and their army will follow that of the ethiopia in 2009.

No, its over dude. Somalis cannot be fooled like that anymore. They have enough of Al-Shabaab that they are soo desperate for invasion. Al-Shabaab have lost any support and are losing more everyday.

let's see and watch what happens in the coming a few weeks.

i won't be surprised if Kenyan troops withdraw prematurely from Somalia, given their lack of experience in fighting militant groups, such as AL Shabab.
