7. Ciidamo dheeraad ah oo ka socda Midowga Afrika ee AMISOM ayaa la geyn doonaa goobaha laga sifeeyo maleeshiyada Al-shaabab ee koonfurta Soomaaliya, si ay u xaqiijiyaan amniga iyo nabadgelyada deegaannadaasi, ayna u caawiyaan maamulada ay dowladda Soomaaliya ka hirgelin doonto Gobolladaasi.

To be honest, I wouldn't have any principle if I preferred one or the other. With Kenya though I understand why they want to enter into the deep South because dhan baa ugu jiro. Same thing with Ethiopia. I'm just curious as to what friggin Burundi or Uganda want in Somalia We don't share borders. Either way whether its Kenya, AMISOM or whatever this is just pathetic on Soomalida. You cannot provide security for Your own citizens or live civilized and You want Kenya, AMISOM, Ethiopia to come to Your Country and provide security for You in Your own Country. Yet Somalis have the audacity to look down on them.

I didn't read the article but Somalia was taken over by the UN a very long time ago. Like a TV show, Abdiqasim gov was a pilot project and A/yusuf the first season.

Some of the money spent on Somalia by UN & co. Look @ the attached graph, the more land TFG loses to Shababs the more money spent. If you were an outsider controlling all that $$$ would you create a functioning government in Somalia?

Waryaa,

Somalia is a FOCKING great country to implement donor projects: no government accountability, no oversight, low expectations set by donors, easily appeased "government" authorities ($100 makes a DG smile, $1,000 Gets an Assistant Minister's Support, $5,000 will get a Minister, fock you can get a President for $10,000).

Dude, this country is paradise to implement projects: commercial or donor. Its the FOCKING WILD WILD WEST and best part about it is only the few, brave can make it here unlike Nairobi which attracts the top talent in terms of competition.

Wallahi this does make Me think about possibly coming up with a scheme and making money in Somalia. But deep inside I'd feel guilty making sleazy money off people's vulnerability, weakness especially when we're from the same race.

How much to get a signature from Sharif Sakiin?

Murax,

Dude, I remember how a certain Minister signed off on a 3 million dollar deal just to get a new set of front teeth to chew khat with

I actually am quite concerned how my fortunes will fare after the liquidation of the Boyz in Benadir. Peace was focking up my shiid as sons of bitches Kenyattis, Whites, Asians started pouring into the city. After the bombing, them niccas fled for the hills and shifted the trend back to Somalization of all donor and foreign investment lead projects. Shid, go up to HArgeisa and you will see the place teeming with Kenyattis while the Somalilanders get minor roles as assistants to them. In Puntland its the same especially in Galkayo. Blood Sandhuudhi is living large as an international staff member who sends Farax out to do an assessment in "Get Your Ass Kidnapped" Ufeyn. Poor Farax makes 20% of the Sandhuudhi and takes 90% of the risk. The picture is better in the South. You'll be hard pressed to see organizations with more than 10% foreigners in senior positions posted in country. Southern Faraxs and Xalimos are doing well out here in Mog and its a job seeker's markets. Its pick and chose your job out here.

Peace ain't progress in a war economy.

Warya,

You need to holler at me. I got more connections than Federal Express. My contacts run so deep Presidents seek me out, Warlords dine me, Wadaads listen to Kutbahs from me. I am loved in Xamar, Praised in Puntland, and Serenaded with praises in Somaliland. Life is great in Somalia.

I am LUFFIN it.
