what's he coming for?
To estimate the value needed to implement the road map and to value the progress and failures of AMISOM, TFG and Ahlu Sunna. He will be also discuss other matters (behind close doors). August is round the corner, the dastuur is nearly finished and the liberation is progressing. At last there is light at the other end of the Somali tunnel.
