This is absolutely Aarsi. I don't think Farmajo cares about the Parliament. If we talk interms of law, Shariif Hassan is right. The opposition hold a session without the speaker and his deputies. You just can't pick preside over a congress meeting without first appointment.

Farmaajo is right indeed.
Farmaajo says: ''Shariff Hassan should resign for the sake of the people, in order to prevent political problems, I resigned despite the people of Somalia wanting me to stay, Shariff Hassan was voted against majority of the parliament, therefore he is sacked.''
Thread starter,
ever heard of the famous saying: 'Kan Mareexaan waa qaaxo kugu maqan'?

The TFG constitution is more powerful than the Kampala Accord. Farmaajo and all the intellectuals are right, you should watch the debate on universal TV, it was aired yesterday night. Lawyers and law proffessors discussed this matter.
Kampala Accord itself is against the TFG constitutions and law.

Lets just leave him, till his term is over.
If he stays, the parliament reform will be consumed with ethiopian lacky's and self-interest old farts. The parliament did not discuss Kenyan invasion and other matters. Shariff Hassan is hajcking the parliament.

He will just make a fool out of himself but let him stay all this fighting is not in our interest, if he takes the keys then they should meet in a hotel or something.

The speaker was out of the country and did not
open the parliment for quite sometime.
His assistant, the next in command of the
parliment was not present aswell for reasons
unknown.
Third in command of the parliment opened/chaired
the session legalizing it for the MP's to hold their meeting.
The MP's then sacked the speaker with majority vote.
This means the chain of command was followed and no rule
was broken by the MP's who sacked the speaker.

Arinta sidaas wey ka weyn tahay abaayo.
This political issue today is critical and should be address and put into actions. Its not about him taking the keys or refusing to lead the parliament, the matter has bigger issue.
