He should not have been invited to the meeting since his legitimacy
as a speaker is questionable.

There is no legal framework to get rid of Shariif Hassan. Those MP's are on crack.

U can't call a random meeting without proper procedure. The speaker, nor the deputy speaker were even informed that these guys were gonna hold a meeting. How do u justify that? There is no legal framework to get rid of Shariif Hassan. Those MP's are on crack.
The speaker was out of the country and did not
open the parliment for quite sometime.
His assistant, the next in command of the
parliment was not present aswell for reasons
unknown.
Third in command of the parliment opened/chaired
the session legalizing it for the MP's to hold their meeting.
The MP's then sacked the speaker with majority vote.
This means the chain of command was followed and no rule
was broken by the MP's who sacked the speaker.

and where do u have the evidence for that? Is there any record of parliamentarians asking for Parliament to be opened and the Speaker refusing it? Or is this just the chitter chatter that the MP's are running. The justification is of their refusal to open the parliment when requested by the MP's on many occasions.

The Kampala Accord does not state that president or speaker cannnot get sacked. Even if it does, it will contradict the law of the country. Kampala Accord was a peace agreement not a rule of law.Ximaan,
That might be correct in regular terms, but that is super ceded by the Kampala agreement. The agreement said neither the President nor Speaker can get sacked before time is up. Parliament approved that agreement. They can't turn around after their term got extended and all and then try to sack the President. A government that can't abide by its own treaties will not be trusted elsewhere. The legal framework for dismissing Shariif is not there after the Kampala agreement.

i wouldn't expect less than this from you because the Kampala accord kicked your uncle out of office for reasons that were right. The Kampala Accord does not state that president or speaker cannnot get sacked.
