And what makes you think Al-Shabab won't come to that new government town? Somalia's capital always bears the problems of the entire country. If the capital was moved anywhere else in the country, all of Mogadishu's problems will no longer be there and all the problems will go to that new capital.^Why not a master-planned government town north of Xamar along the coastline? It'll take time, but it's a better long-term solution than restoring Mogadishu from Al-Shabab who will have a presence in the city for a very long time.

Xamar, Baraawe & Marka my hometowns. God bless them.:

why do the darods think every where belongs to them? they dont care whether marka or barawe or hergeisa or mogadishu or borame or jijiga becomes somalia capital. they think all those places are their own home. kkkkkkkkkkk

Effribadhi knows, if Somaliland and Somalia were to unite, Hargeisa would be the most potential-filled city to be the capital, it is , if not the most developped Somali city up to date.![]()

And who are the scum bags?I really dont care if kismaayo or bosaso becomes a capital as long as abgaal have a monopoly on mogadishu admin and reins on the scumbugs who destroyed it for 22 years.

Abdiwahab, you're an old man now, isyeelyeelka iska daa. Hargiesa and Burco are probably the two hottest property hotstpots in Somalia at the moment.Effribadhi knows, if Somaliland and Somalia were to unite, Hargeisa would be the most potential-filled city to be the capital, it is , if not the most developped Somali city up to date.![]()
Damn, are they still unable to finish that building ? The Burco Billionaires went cheap on civil engineering and now are suffering cuz of it. They called every Wanlaweyne engineer to assess how to finish the building but all said it was a lost causeMoral of the lesson: always leave building stuff to Wanlaweynes.
