He talked about the traditional indigenous solutions for somalia's problems he talked about the piracy problems and how his country fights against pirates
And the last part he talked about Somaliland quest for statehood he also talked about the Somaliland development corporation

Horta Xamudow Somalia is not greater Somalia , Somalia is one part of greater Somalia i find it strange when Koonfurians call their Somalia greater Somalia i have seen abdisamad do it also and others when we had somaliland and somalia united in the past we even didn't call it greater Somalia. You have to say will you're country join Somalia not greater Somalia. To be honest Xamud i don't think Somaliland will ever share a country and government with Somalia not now not in the future we wish to live side by side with Somalia.Yeah and i am sure Somaliland will be recognized as a state of its own, we already half a way semi recognition is already on the table now with the SL development corporation we have now access to the international market as a legal entity. So i am very optimistic the vast majority of Somalilanders are happy and are looking towards the future that will bring them more prosperity development and happiness.

2. Commitement to support any form of dialogue between Sland and Somalia.
3. Travel bans and asset freeze on any spoilers of peace going forward.
4. 1st international platform where SLand presented it's case and offered it's assistance to bring about peace in the horn.
5. 1st time where an alternative to Top-down political strategy was presented to the discontent of Kenya, Ethiopia and Djbouti who favour this system as they have always been able to manupilate it for their own selfish ends.


Let us not forget for attending Sland walk away with far more than they vested and in addition planted the seeds of the adage "Bottom up abroach" with which they have established 21 years of peace and stability.

Question is will Sland pursue dialogue Pre or Post Aug2012

JFMB-joint financial management board is going to make it harder to steal money. What that means is the job will still have the high risk associated without the financial rewards of the past 21 years.
