since it isn't the constitution yet. the impact it has made is some are vehemently against it, and some are vehemently for it. It has made indhacade support it, and faroole oppose it, it has brought some old men to xamar, and alshabab arrest some old men fearing they may be old enough to attendPO, what impact has this draft constitution made? What changes does it propose?

Al Shabaab always do the weirdest shit hortasince it isn't the constitution yet. the impact it has made is some are vehemently against it, and some are vehemently for it. Yh I see now so it looks like a case of "same old, same old" nothing new was tackled and no big change. So nothing specific or no big changes in any laws?In the new age of Somali, we need to have clear and definite guidelines of the powers between state/federal government. This includes resources, armies, welfare of the people etc. This draft does not make such guidelines, and is confusing and jumbled up. It seems those for strong states feel this draft is too much on the centralized control. Either way, it is going to be hectic, chaotic future.
Well there is going to be a push for change, even by the people who are pushing this crazy draft. I think they want a weak but semi-stable country, basically like most african countries. Even though we have much more potential than that.Yh I see now so it looks like a case of "same old, same old" nothing new was tackled and no big change.
