Hiraan region organising a meeting between liberated regions

Looks like they are organising a meeting for the newly liberated regions to discuss the roadmap and about their interest in the coming post Shabaab Somalia. I was beginning to wonder when the regions of Gedo, Bay and Hiiraan will come up with something like this......looks like they want their share in Somalia now since they are not pre occupied with Shabaab. So far its only been ASWJ, Puntland, Galmudug and the TFG deciding everything.
