PO,

First 100 days:

1. Law and order - Removing all isbaaro, combating piracy, getting guns of the street, cracking down on diya, building the police & courts

2. Tax collection & provision of public services

3. Recruiting an experienced and well educated civil service

Longer term -

1. Expanding Galmudug further south through talks.

2. Revitalizing Hobyo

3. Resolving status of Galkacyo Airport

4. Starting construction of a make shift port in Hobyo

P.S. One of your Adeers, Xasan Maxamud Gacaliye is a Minister in the Galmudug government.

Perfect Order,

Not sure. I met him once in Galkacyo. Seemed like a very bright and pleasant man.
