Somali parliament is an embarrassment to all Somalis.

Over 250 MPs whose their membership is based on their tribes - how embarrassing is that? I think most of MPs have their part in past wars and some are once been a warlords. Some even are well known for corruption.

I think everyone currently involved in parliament should be fired and new ones should be brought over from diaspora, no Somali from Somalia can be trusted to manage whole of Somalia.

It may be fair, but tribes shouldn't influence the decision. I don't see English parliament electing black people because there's too few black people.

the entire list of parliamentarians hasn't been released, but I don't recall any warlords on the first list.
