Most will get a light jail term and amnesty, instead of the death penalty for treason.

if you have no chance in Somaliland politics and have the chance to make lots of money in somalia,
and the most you will suffer is a few months at the most in a Somaliland jail if you are stupid enough to come back,
then why not, thats their way of thinking.

we are not north korea or faqsh somalia,
this is why we are too soft on them..
trust me the majority of these loser will come back to somaliland after they have been used and abused like $20 dollar hoes

Isaaq are Dir's get over it. Besides these iidoors running away from being called Dir need to grow a thicker skin. Dir a great clan, and one of the oldest clans in Somalia. 99.9% (non-Isaaq's of Somalia) believe that Isaaq's are Dir including the clan chart system of Somali Republic. Anyways, I would rather want a Biyoomaal or southern Dir to become president then a outcast Dir of north Somalia.

Gurey aren't you being a little harsh? These are your fellow muslim brothers and cousins...stop this hatred against them, believe it or not Somaliland or Somalia or any other nation state's constitution has nothing "holy" about it. Only the shariah is holy.
