that one is second deputy minister, and all I know is that he is Dir, I don't know whether he is issa.

Yes he's Issa. Fuck those Issa. This is what I mean when there is corruption going on. A clan that doesn't live in Somalia gets to have such a noble high position. Ghelleh's deep pockets made this happen. This election, it is secondary deputy speaker. Next election, speaker. The election after that President. Can you imagine a Issa president of Somalia in the near future? Which village will he run to for protection when he gets overthrown by a coup d'etat?

They already have 8 seats, among the highest in Somalia's parliament yet they don't have a village. And now, deputy speaker???????????????? They are the most represented (as of today and so far) in Somalia politics yet don't live in the country.

In politics its all about who you know, not necessarily the number of villages and geel you have at your possession, Last I checked Seylac is in Somalia that's were they live.
