I'm really happy for Somalia. May Allah make all Muslim countries a success.

As for Somaliland, I'm sorry to say but the results speak for themselves. Somaliland is a beacon in not only the Horn but the whole of Africa. It is an example to any country that you can do it yourself if you are determined and have the guts to follow through. We have everything, including the Will of Allah on our side. The Shahada on our Flag is a testament to our steadfastness.

Now, all I said is if we do the arithmetic, any conflict between Somalia & Somaliland would be detrimental for Somalia considering Somalia is such a hodgepodge of different factions put together.

So I propose if you do not want to make it 44 years of being in the wilderness naked and starving, let’s agree to disagree and live in peace as good neighbours. If you insist though, you will bear the brunt of it. Mark my words.
