hassan sheekh the national leader

Postby sahal80 » Wed Sep 12, 2012 2:35 pm

He and others talk several times a day, from mahiga, sh sharif and jawaari to his last meating with abdiwali though two of abdiwali body gaurds have been killed during that meating in wich a kenyan minister stood between them. so what is at stake now? Is the intervention still going on even when appointing the next pm? Maybe this is the only thing left for kenya the most prominent country that was backing abdiwali during the election. what about mahigas blocking policy on other politician?
There is no one to return, said the president.
the president is just willing to hear from all but its likely the pm to be from and around puntland. Is this the beginning of his expansion toward the national leadership as the core leader of the state? The one with the local control that other leaders must respect him?.

It will NOT Matter Where The PM hails From and Which Clan He Belongs To,What Matters is his willing To work Hard To Safe The Country From The fratricidal war that has Plunged it into The Dark Ages.We Need an enlightened Leaders Who See Beyond Petty Clan Lenses and Focus On National Interests of the New Legitimate Federal Somali Republic.I know This is a Hard Job in a country that is Literally Teeming With Guns,Rampant Lawlessness and Terrorists With The Caveman Mentality but Hey,First Thing First.

1.Security

Every Sovereign Nation Needs Security Apparatus To Function and Enforce Law and Order,Thus The New President Should Make This One of His Top Priorities. The Secret Somalis Service is fully operational and Professionalized thanks To Legacy of the late President,We need A professional Police In every District of The Liberated ZONES To ensure Local Tranquility and Also an effective Military To Secure our internationally Recognized Borders.

2.Fight Against Corruption

The International Community Should Cut off All Foreign Aid Except those that are Used To Pay The Salary of the Civil Servents,Police and The Military. The Rest Should Go Directly To The Intended Poor Somalis Just Like Turkey DID.This Direct Approach Will ensure The Aid Reaches Those That Need The Most.In fact,America Should RE-Open its Embassy in Mogadishu as A good WIll.

3.Developmet

Tax Collection should Start Good so that It will Used To Build Paved Roads,Schools and Hospitals in a Transparent Manner,This will Signal To The Public that there is an alternative To living under the Brutality of a terrorist Organization Like Alshabab.
If any of these above mentioned Points are seriously implemented,Some Positive change will occur in the next 5-6 Years,There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I don't care whare the pm hails from, I'm just putting the most likely scenario of it. there are countries who have a great stakes in somalia so the pm must be from their group. In my opinion, besides the security, we need to unify the leadership, have a national leader, the decision making to belong to villa somalia. Hassan sheekh begins his term with no soverenity.
