Hiraale is retired and new faces will be the ones controlling the city and Jubbaland State.

Advo- Hiraale's criminal record is out in the open man. His troops set road blocks, targeted the harti in particular and OG's in general I still remember his militia taking a Osman Mohamud Dr who worked for the U.N and brutally killing him in board day light. Even tho the Mj's got their revenge, it still haunts a lot of Hartis to this day :ufdup
