shaykh sharif has left behind a HUGE vacancy

Postby sahal80 » Tue Oct 23, 2012 1:09 pm

Shaykh sharif would start his morning running around his place before he gates change. When he was elected as a president he automatically selected his pm without having relationship with puntland.
In his first visit to america, he met an enthusiastic guy from the somali americans who was managing soo dhaweenta. He liked the way he managed all the cars for the people and the way he injected enthusiasm in the general mood. He asked him his number Saying he will contact with him one day. When the pm post was unfilled, automatically he rings the guy(farmaajo) and appoints him a pm.
Since he has gone evry thing seems died. I never knew he was like this.

Sharif La Soo Gamay was a wasteman. He had great opportunities to establish strong government bodies, promote federalism in Konfur, and to strengthen security in Benadir. He chose to be a tourist President and to be bullied by Faroole.

Greenday,

He was supposed to be the Hawiye President but did very little for Hawiye. The new guy has an opportunity with his first test being protecting Hawiye Jubbaland.

yeah I agree sharif was like that but I was talking about his stateman way. Hassan sheekh has plans for evry region, he wants stronger state than the sharifs. As for jubaland I don't think he cares about hawiye he is more to a a government feriends than a clan interests. He will extend his hand to all of them and soon the government will work in kismaayo and no more militia will be there.

Sahal,

I think the President realizes that its more realistic, and better for Him to be President of a Nation with Strong Federal States i.e Puntland, Jubbaland than being a strong Government all over the Country. The stronger Federal States there are, the less work there is for Him to do. This is why He is fully onboard wth the Jubbaland plan.

Yeah, no clan can be marginalized we have tribal institutions. At the end we will reach some form of a state. No more ala shaykh, ahlussuna, mucaskar,al shabaab.. The state will be running.
