The ruling conspirators have no thrive on the big. However, they are now reportedly making a significant progess though it clashes with the classical and will not be recognised by the parliament and a no confidence vote is waiting the cabinet if it passed on the current suggestion of the conspirators. Seeing the danger of it, the process is likely to get re-shaped by the public leaders and the ex politicians.
Regarding jubaland, according to keedmedia website the governments plan is to made it an ahlusunna area level. Thus, avoiding the controlling group as a semi-official until a salbalaar regional state that includes other southren groups would be in a position of running officially. On the other hand shaykh ahmed islaan madoobe has made sure in his interview with the bbc yesterday that the sharing of power will be according to the size of the clans and that he is willing to work with the govenrment on these grounds.

This "president" is a front man for HAG.
They`re main aims are;

1) to roll back Puntland influence and isolate them politically.
2)To prevent the establishment of the southern puntland aka Jubbaland.

After 2 months there is no Govt, no policy and no work being done, except to sabotage Jubbaland.
