I love Somaliland , my people , my "country ".
I love America and support Obama
However I do not trust the gov of the US to understand the people of Somaliland , neither where we come from , what we've been through { they know the part they've played in that } nor where we're going . So I rather have them stay friendly with their current friends , Puntland with their CIA detention centers , Southern Somalia and leave us the fuc,k alone , wallahi billahi .

Before there was an "arab spring" , before twitter and facebook , there were a people who successfully fought against a dictator .
America wasn't on our side then .

When you have history on your side , money is not that important 8-)

2 guys as far as I can remember have recently said something positive about Somaliland without caring about what the rest think .
Richard Cheney and Bob Gates , fact!

Somaliland has secret detention centers, CIA backed special forces and does extraordinary renditions under Silaanyo. At least Tahir Riyaale avoided doing renditions !

There are plenty here especially in states like Connecticut, southern California.

The Hawiye strongholds are in Minnesota: 65% of Somalis in Minneapolis, 85% (60% of whom are HG) of Somalis in Rochester.

But on paper, Darood are the majority thanks to the asylum claims which favored Jebertis in the 90s.
