1. He ignored mess in hamar which include high criminal activity, AS presence, corruption of government and military officials, and high rates of assisanations.
2. He believes Kenya should not be in Kismaayo but has Amison guarding him in Hamar and cannot go to juma a prayer without them. He wants to replace the Kenyans in Kismaayo with amison troops which to him are foreigners but AMISONS aren't. Bluntly put, he thinks AMISON troops are closer to us than Kenyans are.
3. He told both Bay and Hiiran to continue on with their self governence initiatives and that he will not intervene but has told the locals of jubbaland that they have no right to do that and that they cannot determine their fate.
4. He discounts both puntland and SOmalialnd as part of being somalia and admits that the has no power in those lands and he says he will negotiate with them but wants unquestioned obedience from the inhabitants of kismaayo.
5. He appointed ex warlord as his chief advisor.
6. He appointed a successionist lady as Foreign minster.
All and all, he has done nothing but create more enemies for himself. Each day that breaks he does something stupid that contributes to his political anhilation. In short this is political suicide.
