Perfect Order, You have to know Your Tabar. If I have a deck full of aces, I can do whatever I want. If I have a bad hand I better not deal big. The President doesn't have the tabar whether physical (A Army) or geopolitical (Ethiopia, EU, US) who are gonna intervene to help Him in Kismayo against Kenya's support of Raskambooni.
