I believe the somali people to keep their political gains againist al al shabaab and be part of the official system. As for kismaayo, I think the president should send into there a people who are natives to act on a national level, people are still sensitive. Who will win? If the president changes some of the wrong or the bad public general impression into a favorable public image besides using the state instrument he could win it both locally and internationally.
