Somaliland has opened several offices and government buildings in the area painted blue on the map known as Makhir, i think its abit exaggerated.

To form a "state" in the Somalia of tomorrow , you will have to meet the following req
Mahiga said " 2 or more regions" but what he really means is 2 or more tribes .
Forget about Khatumo , not even Puntland or Galmudug are going to meet the requirement
