1- Very small cabinet.
2- FM female and from SL had totally opposite political orientation not long ago.

Why do you ask? If I were you I'd focus less on the one clan dominated Muqdisho and focus more locally. Borame is already burden with the taxes Harigesa imposes on them, I don't think they can handle Muqdisho's too.

The parliament sent a paper to the speaker expressing their constitutional right to demand the PM should present his cabinet and state ministers, his directors, wasiir dawla, all the major positions in the government together, before they sign off on his cabinet. There is major opposition in the parliament to how the President and PM want to do whatever they want without letting the parliament know.

i think the parliament is wrong on this one they want PM to appoint all staff (100+) and then there is a good chance they simply say NO. they should primarily focus on ministers. govt needs to get moving and they already beyond late on schedule.
