The Jubbaland initiative as of now is on track & all the stack-holders are on board.
The State formation process is about to start. The outcome I predict will result in the following....
Top Leadership
Ogaden- Jubbaland President
Sade- Jubbaland Vice President
Harti-MJ Jubbaland Speaker of Parliament
90 -member Parliament.
Ogaden- 25 seats
Sade -25 Seats
Harti- 25 Seats
Others- 15 Seats
9 Minister Cabinet:
Minister of Defense: Ogaden
Minister of Health: Gaaljecel
Minister of Education: Dhulbante
Minister of Interior: Sade
Minister of Planning: Sade
Minister of Finance: MJ
Minister of Housing and Family Affairs/Social Services: sheikhaal

For your info Jubaland is not Kismaayoland so go back to the drawing tables.

Because we can. Harti controls 1/3 of Somalia (Puntland). You on the other hand have to "share" a Federal State with others, including some that already have a State of their own, i.e Puntland, DDS.

Representation should be based on population, however, for the next 5-10 years there should be a unity Govt that includes everybody.

You can't single out Majerten for positions. MJ's are laangaab in Jubooyinka so they have to ge their minority rights under Harti

City of Kismayo is the biggest district, biggest Population in Jubbaland.
The laangaab districts of Jubbaland will not over-represent us.

MJs are not even Laangaab in Xamar. What makes you think we are Laangaab in Jubooyinka when we live in the biggest District there?
from what I was told from people inside Jubbaland Sade, Ogaden iyo Harti will be Equalized in Jubooyinka.
