hassan sheekh between thinker and president

Postby sahal80 » Sun Dec 02, 2012 2:54 am

The gap between theory and practice. Tribalism will stay in the somali leadership.

Al farouq the discriminator.

خالد بن يحي قال: قلت لابي عبدالله: لم سمي عمر الفاروق ؟ قال: نعم الا ترى أنه قد فرق بين الحق والباطل واخذ الناس بالباطل .

You was among the most outspoken supporters of Hassan Sheikh.
What is your assessment of the "president" and where will he take the country during his term in office?

I didn't said he is bad, I said he clashed with the reality, with the tribal structure of his society. He has a wide support, it can vary from case to case. For hawiye it will enhance their clan feelings and even ahlusuna has joined him. For south westren, they can live without al shabaab and government as they don't have clan system so they are now moving into being under the state lead by sharif hassan. For somaliland they have to support him 10 years to get recognized so within a year he will control somalia. I was talking about this tribal solution for his regime as survival.
I believe somalia will stay in this tribalism for a long time.

Lands were given away in 1991. Hawiye runs Somalia, Issaq runs Somaliland, Dir runs Djibouti, Tigrey runs Ethiopia and the Kikuyu runs Kenya. It's going to be like that forever. Til the end of the world.

Darod must respect the sovereignty of Somalia, Somaliland, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya. You must respect borders, you must respect the rules and you must respect the status quo.

Your country is Somaliland. Be patriotic and love your fellow Somalilanders :sland: :D

Original Dervish,

Jubbaland doesn't exist. It is only in your head like Santa Claus is in the heads of little children this month. It's a fantasy. The idea of Jubbaland as one unit is older than Jesus himself. Local clans discussing its creaiton doesn't only go back to the colonial days but as far back as biblical times. Besides, there are more Bantus, Geeljecel and Sheikhaal as individual clans in "Jubbaland" than Harti. It is now 2012, not 1930 so things have changed. You're welcome to live in "Jubbaland" as a fellow Somali as it is the Land of Somalis but you have no real business there nor any real ownership. Your home is Las Anod, Somaliland Republic. Learn to love and accept it :D :sland:

Actually, I was researching my family tree the other day, and it so happens that I had a great uncle who left Nugaal after the dervish jihad and settled in Kismayo.
The descendents of this great uncle number in the 100s in J/Land.

We have absolutely nothing to fear from the iidoor and their secessionist dream.
HAG in Xamar think they can threaten us with recognising S/L.

If that day ever comes to pass, and I doubt it will, we will secede ourselves the very next day.
Furthermore, I would expect P/L and J/Land to do the same.
The three darood states would then form a confederacy pooling their resources and manpower to develop.

Xamar and south central will be cut adrift to be ruled by Al Shabaab, Mafioso and moryaan.
Stick that in your HAG pipe and smoke it. :D :som:

And you say the idoors have a habit of daydreaming  You must have forgot that Daroodnimo doesn't exist. Indeed Irir has been successful since Puntland deports OG's back to Ethiopia and refuses to assist its Harti brothers in SSC. Indeed Irir has been successful when Ogaden and Marexan are at each other's necks in the fictitious federal state of Jubbaland. My Las Anod gradmother acknowledges that her President is Siilanyo. In time, you will too :sland: :D
