The bulging vein on the right side of his head, is symptomatic of an aneurysm.
whoever knows the colonel should inform him to have it checked out immediately.
He is in danger of suffering a stroke.

Original, Aneurysms occur in arteries not veins to my knowledge.
I think this guy has drainage problem in his venous system. Such a bulging vein is not normal.

They can occur in any blood vessel, but yes more commonly in arteries.
Having checked, it is indeed the parietal branch of superficial temporal artery.

Where is Guhad? According to him the man speaking in the middle of Kismaayo yesterday with such authority, tasked with legitimizing the Jubbaland formation, and gave a tour of the town surrounded by all those Sade TFG troops was supposed to have been "deported" by Kambooni and their Kenyan alliea sometime ago.

The Raadeer guy was one of the troublemakers that have been deported from the city. He was one of the few ragtag troublemakers that got on the top of building and he was arrested and then deported the next day.

It matters a lot when someone has been saying Kamboni this, Kamboni that, and even boasted the man with such authority in the middle of Kismaayo holding public court and touring the markets and population centers with such guard was a nobody and/or (incredulously) "deported" by a said "Kamboni."
