Do you think Alshabaab will enter places of Somaliland if the unrest there increases?
The only reason terrorists are attacking puntland is because it is weak defendless state hit by looming internal civilwar.

Let say Alshabaab make bases in Somaliland add that to the conquest of Bosaaso, should Amisom be deployed to help them?

Now that HSM is struggling in South Central, the Northern regions are in trouble. Imagine HSM set up bases up there and co-ordinating with the Yemeni AQAP
