First there was the “concern” for civilian life, always a good tear-jerker.., then the French and British stepped in, forcing a UN Security Council vote.

Libyan govt provided Tuaregs with shelter, food, jobs and many other incentives and once gaddafi was killed the tuareg simply shifted their power towards northern mali. With the proliferation of hundreds of thousands of weapons, Libya paved the way for Ansar-Dine and affiliatted mujahideen. this is a new front of "the war on terror" and it will always end in the aggressor's defeat.
