N0. In case you dont know the president has said he is not againist federalism but what kinda of federalism? there is not one describtion form of federalism he added.
ethiopia have a federal system but one army and police. Im sure our national interests truly lay in some kinda of these federal forms.
now they are establishing the federal conditions.

clear example
The army and police institutions can send army and police to evry somali town and appoint officials from the military and police but the local civilian authority will be elected by the local people or selected by the local council. However, the government has to prepare this election/selection.

Great news. 'Stablization' of Somali lands must come from Somalis or else it will never last. Kudos to the Government, How they have put IGAD in their place and let them know that they have no role in Administration of Somali lands.

Hold on a mimute......aint the Shabaab still in control of large areas of the south?
The Somali National Army has never taken a single water hole without AMISOM leading them.

If IGAD countries remove their forces the Shabaab will be back in Xamar within 5 mins.
I too would like to see the end of foreign forces in Somalia, but lets not be hasty here. :som:

wtf your on about? They are already acting in the name of amisom except for ethiopia who acts as a friend that keeps for both countries security. The IGAD is a political organisation and this is about her intervention in somalia becoming to an end because the country has now one political legitimacy wich is the somali government
