Postby sahal80 » Sat Feb 02, 2013 10:40 am

' the UN chief ban ki moon has called the security council to review of 21-year-old somalia arms embargo.
The important thing this time is that the UK government itself will campaing for somalia among the 5 big members including britain itself who own the veto wich are US, china, russia, france, UK.
last week, the committee for the technical military forces headed by the defence have requested the students who left their unis to regester themselves at the minstery of defense so that they could be taken foreing training for futher techniques about the military and to be army engineers and doctors or working in the army rehabilitation services
These students will be among the first to get employed

I`m against the immediate lifting of the arms embargo.
This Govt has yet to prove its constitutional credentials.

hows this good news for somalia? especially at its current stage when its slowly undoing 22 years of war and anarchy caused by western nations infiltrating guns into the country. :mindblown:

More heavy weaponry for Somalia; exactly what the doctor has ordered. Kudos to our masters at the UNO for this god sent boon.

Mashallah, finally we can go shopping for some heavy equipment. I recommend buying or leasing 6 Hind Attack Helicopters and using them to mop out rebels.

And we may some day free the Oppressed Rer Borame who lack the energy to free themselves from Hargeysa yet are eager to wage war against their fellow Dir, Issa brothers over Zeila, a town they never owned.
