The somali president has revealed in a scientific manner some of his real political positions.
first he said he is not eager to push the federalism option ahead yet until many things get understood within many domains like the taxation and the states contribution in the national economy so the review is on.
Secondly, where it says in the constitution about a clan union state? NO. It has to be a compromise of gobols in wich all of the society have a complete equality and they could have within each or two or more a different clans.

Hiraan oppose the federalims because there is no line that divides us and the other societies around us. we have borders with 5 gobol the lower and middle shabelle, bay and bakool and galgaduud. Even our rahanwen borders like the tiyeegloows clan wich the ex speaker cabdalla deerow AU hails from claim hailing from us and us and all the other hiraan subclans live in there too. but you on the other hand this progressive federalims doesnt work for you.

i live in the uk, im able to watch the local tvs. That is what he stated in his interview with the universal tv. 'No clan based federal state.....it doesnt say anywhere in the constitution..... It has to be a gobolo-based federalism. He hasnt yet a ready federal thing...... Before that must the specific federal way get understood...... To the rest of what he said.
Now its up to you to take or understood it the way you like
