Yes the majority is Hawadle by a large margin. There are 4 districts in the city. Three on the East bank and 1 on the West bank of the river. 3 of the districts are almost exclusively Hawadle and 1 districts is predominantely Gugundhabe. But you will find lots of clans well represented in the city in every corner.

Xawadle are just a sizeable minority.
abdiwahab there is mor Shiikhaal, Dir and definetly Mudulood in Beledwyne now. Not much Madarkicis left after the little 90s incident that took place and yes Xawaadle is and always was majority by a noticable large margin
