Hassan Sheikh Praises Kacaan Government

Starting @ 59:16 The Present of Somalia makes well-known the great investment that the Kacaan government made in him and those of his era in terms of Education. He claims that his family only gave him his meal, uniform, and a notebook for school making a great effort to distinguish it from a textbook, which was of course provided to him by the Mohamed Siyaad Barre regime. He further states that he got a living stipend for higher education, and employment guarantee for even those who finished secondary education let alone university education. Ominously, as the head of the first government of Somalia since the Mohamed Siyaad Barre government, President Hassan Sheikh commented that he is very doubtful that any future government of Somalia will be able to live up to the big shoes of the Kacaan.
