when sheikh Gacamey and Dahir Awey were togther in the 90s to capture Bosasaso, Dahir Aweys captured Abdullahi Yusuf , but Sheikh Gacamey tell Dahir to let him go, and when he let him go, Abdullahi Yusuf bring Ethiopian soldiers with him and masscare most of Dahir Aweys militia and Islamic brotherhood.
good to see Dahir Awey forgive him for that, and give Tacsi.
Sxb, the culumo also suffer from tribalism unfortunately. Shiiq walba reerkiisa inuu maslaxeeyo ayuu ka jecelyahay maslaxada ummad weynta. Daahir Awees is the only major known Sheekh who has been his own man from the first day. He fought his own cousins in the south, he was alienated by his own brothers and sub-clan and for the past years or so he has lived amongst other clansmen to escape persecution.

Gacameey as a Majerteen shiiq was pressured on basis on kinship by Beesha Majerteen to speak to Daahir Awees because they feared Itixaad would exploit clan interests in Bari when they could not stop him.
