Mps from galgaduud have expressed their awareness of a government plan to appoint an interim governor for their province. Agreeing to that, they said they are very welcoming it.
Amisom djbouti will get deployed in dhuusomareeb soon.
The government have repeatedly expressed that they are in charge of the provincial administrative matters. Thus, they are starting it with baay, hiraan and galgaduud.

Things are not yet ready for federalism so before that we would have an interim administrations that are appointed by the central government. Amisom will be Installing the local authority and training the local army.

For now things are not yet ready, after the government get through with this installation we will have the federal system. In that time, the governtment will use its money to support some candidates. In the future you will see this happening even in the north.

As for djbouti, it was two days ago, their commander in hiraan dubad has revealed that they will deliver forces to dhusomareeb.
In hiraan they are walking carelessly as its people have welcomed them. Ethiopia gives a notice only to send booyad to baledweyne from janta kundisho once a week to get water. Now djbouti are controlling with the local army a large area that is 70km south of baladweyne.

am not against the government, but i just dont see the need to make dhuusamareeb the next dumping ground of amisom soldiers; besides alshabaab was chased away by ahlu suna from dhuusamareeb and i dont hear any news of attacks carried out by alshabaab in dhuusamareeb being reported. On the other hand puntland lately became a safe haven for them.
