Conferences can be started. We had 14 peace conferences and not much came out of them because they failed to reflect the realities on the ground. If 1 tribe wants to grab land and power at the expense of other natives they can, but Somali history has shown that these endeavors fail.

Jubbaland will come under Muqdisho. Jubbaland will be a submissive state. We will get the Sacad Si'cid to sweet talk the Ogadens and remind them that they both share Makahil lineage and that "family comes first" and the Cey'r will sweet talk the Marehans and remind them of the "Walalaha Galgadud" movement and how they cant betray their fellow Sufi homies. The Ceyr will remind the Marexaan that a Ceyr Sufi from Dhusamareb has 4 Marexaan wives and the Marexaan Sufi from Abudwaq has 4 Ceyr wives.
