Abdi, if you would have said Middle Jubba there might have been a slight possibility given it's still in Rebels hands.
The possibility of HAG/Uganda tanks getting to Jilib before the Kenyan/SAHAL tanks is their.

The president said a lot of things. What happened to collecting revenues from all ports? Habar muufo and their neverending delusions. Lower jubba has a governor already. The president will be forced to accept reality that people who are native to the region will make that decision.

i guess abdiwahabs info are from his close relationships not from a govt source.

according to the govt tactics he would be the same clan as raas kambooni to divide that camp.

maybe the post-interim administration situations will be different.
