Golaha ammaanka ee Qaramada Midoobay ayaa maanta ka dodaya qaraar ah in cunoqabataynta hubka ee saaran Soomaaliya.

If the arms embargo is lifted, I don't see how it won't benefit Somaliland. Unlike the south we have a disciplined army and the modern weaponry would only keep your people away.
