sources said that qatar have promised to fund somalias first arms importation as part of other financial aids on the health and education sectors.

Hey, whatever happened to the 1.5million that was stolen by the PM and his finance minister, with approval by the head of the bank?

I never said that.
All i said was there is a khilaf on the funds and im not supporting the accusation... but the pm has splashed out big money and was asked to return it.
What i said was at this time, we only have monthly 1 million dollar from qatar and less then that from the port
the pm as the excutive power wants to manage the money maybe in the future when the country had enough revenue
